Project Management

Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of project inputs and activities, including all project resources, financial, human and logistics; responsible for coordination and management of several international projects; taking care of project cycle management, including planning, monitoring, reporting, as well as procurement and delivery processes, ultimate responsibility for managing project accounts; implementation of laws and bylaws related to tax, VAT, focal point for international donors and financial institutions in charge of the projects implemented; an authorized member of the government negotiation teams in the process of agreeing upon terms and conditions of external borrowing; identification of stakeholders, understanding their situationan, cooperation and coordination of activities with them, providing the necessary information; supervising the implementation of specific components and sub-components of different projects; taking care that the existing project resources are used effectively and efficiently, organising preparation of an in-depth review of project performance and achievements, providing an analysis of project successes, problems, constraints and impacts.

 

Banking

Primary responsibility for treasury processes, assets – liabilities management, control and analysis; closely manage cash flows: collections, payments, funding and processes of controls; ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash. inter-bank lending; preparation of programs polices and procedure referring for payment transactions, lending and depositary businesses, foreign exchange exposure, prevention of money laundering, etc., oversee day-to-day international payment transactions; management of Bank’s foreign payment transactions; foreign exchange dealings; correspondent banking; documentary businesses - documentary letter of credits - documentary collections; issuance of bank guarantees; foreign checks collections; execution of clean payments, conditioned payments; monitors the Bank’s foreign exchange exposure.

 

Public Sector Finance

Day to day financial management; developing plans and implement goals and objectives for the finance and administration department, prepare and administer internal policies and procedures relating to departmental program activities such as payroll, insurance, budget and cost control, personnel policies, accounting functions, inventory management and control procedures, security of facilities, financial reporting, communicate with clients, banks, international financiers, ministries, and tax authorities; oversight of all areas of financial accounting including loan accounting, reporting, and preparation activities for independent audit.

 

Corporate Sector - Finance

Planning and analysis of business operations, financial planning & analysis, monitoring and administration over account receivable for the company, monitoring DSO, prepare customer's statements, bills and invoices, research and analyse accounts, generate aging reports, determine payment schedules with customers contact delinquent customers to secure payment, prepare accurate monthly billing adjustments, investigate and resolve billing and account discrepancies, manage and resolve customer inquiries, compile data and prepare monthly reports and statements.

 

Corporate Sector - Commerce

Manage all imports documents in a company; dealings with customers houses, shipping companies; plan import/export requirements; negotiate with suppliers/buyers, negotiate freight rates and nominate forwarder; interact with customs clearing agent; responsible for warehouse inventory.
